What we must keep

What happens to your data

Deleted immediately

  • Profile info — name, email, phone, photo, date of birth, gender
  • Church memberships and assigned roles
  • Saved payment accounts (GCash / bank details for payouts)
  • Notification preferences and push tokens
  • Pending merchandise orders (cancelled automatically)
  • Trusted devices, OTPs, sessions, and refresh tokens

Retained, and why

  • Giving and donation records — kept up to 7 years to comply with Philippine BIR tax rules and to honour receipts already issued. These are de-identified: no longer linked to your name or contact info.
  • Anonymised aggregate analytics — totals used to operate the service, not tied to you after deletion.
